When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime, 24/7, by completing the online rental process on our website. If you have questions or concerns, please contact our office during business hours. Business Hours vary by location.

What is self storage and how does it work?

Renting a storage unit is a great solution to clear up some much-needed space at home or to hold much needed business items. All of our storage facilities offer clean, secure storage solutions at affordable prices.

How much does self storage cost?

Our rates vary between unit sizes and type of storage. For more information about our pricing, check out our rates page.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

What is the best way to pack a unit?

Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.

What are some helpful tips for moving into my unit?

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 5-day notice before you move out. We prorate rent on move in, not on the way out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do not accept cash or money orders. 

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. Existing customers have 24/7 access to their unit(s).

New customers:

After signing your electronic lease, your gate code will be sent out on your requested move-in date. You can access your unit and move in 24/7.
